SUMMARY
XPEL is looking for an Store Manager to oversee daily operation of our {location} Installation facility.
DUTIES
- Oversee daily operation of the Installation facility including full P&L responsibility
- Manage and develop team of installers
- Acquire, retain and manage product sales with Austin Independent Installers and Dealerships
- Meet or exceed both revenue and gross profit objectives outlined by management, while maintaining competitive pricing in the marketplace
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service
- Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product; introducing new products
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
- Perform individual market analyses within the territory to develop new customer and conquest strategies• Follow up on sales leads
- Help customers through email, phone, and in person meetings
- Responsible for working with the sales administration team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years professional sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
